I had a really troubling experience during my stay. The room was musty and seemed poorly maintained, with mold on the ceiling and a broken elevator. The service left much to be desired, as my issues were mostly met with indifference. While I appreciated the effort made to clean, it wasn't enough to ignore the negatives like the noisy atmosphere and the overall state of the property.
